Rozay Records launches operation in Lagos, unveil two new artistes


Poised to become a trendsetter in the music industry by innovating and empowering artistes to realise their creative potential while actively promoting the ‘Africa to the World’ narrative, Rozay Records, a dynamic and fast growing record label has officially launched its operations in Lagos.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of the record label, Emmanuel Ovuasa, to achieve its aim of global reach and culture uplift, the label is committed to discovering, nurturing, and promoting musical talent across all genres, most especially in Afrobeats space.

Ovuasa stated that creating an environment where artistes can thrive, and deliver spontaneously will promote the rich cultural heritage and diversity of Africa. “Through dedication and collaboration, we are committed to enriching lives through the power of music and reshaping global perceptions of African music and culture,” he said.

The label chief further stated that outfit seeks to establish a strong foothold in Lagos and the United Kingdom, while actively pursuing international markets solely to foster a deep connection between artistes and their global audience, ensuring the globalisation of African music and culture.

At launch, the label also unveiled two of its newly signed artistesw, Elvis Bamidele Gelemu, with stage name Elvis Gee, and Grace Keneneth, with stage name Gracie; each bringing a unique blend of creativity, passion, and innovation to the music industry.
